Alcohol & Drug Program Content and Curriculum
This psychologist-led program provides a structured roadmap for individuals seeking to change their relationship with alcohol and drugs.
Each of the 10 modules builds on the last, combining evidence-based clinical strategies from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) with practical tools for craving management and emotional regulation.
Central to our approach is the integration of Marlatt and Gordon’s (1985) Relapse Prevention Model, focusing on identifying high-risk situations, enhancing self-efficacy, and developing effective coping responses to prevent a "slip" from becoming a relapse.
The program is self-paced and designed to help you develop the practical skills needed for ongoing behaviour change.
Note: The Wagon is a psychoeducational program for education and self-reflection. It is not a replacement for clinical therapy or personalised medical care. Individual experiences may vary.
