The Wagon is a psychologist-led psychoeducation program developed by Jay Beckley and operated through Applied Psychology.

Voluntary responses to self-assessment tools such as the SDS (Severity of Dependence Scale) or SOCRATES questionnaire.

We do not collect clinical notes or detailed health information through this website.
