If you are facing a court date that involves an alcohol or drug-related matter, your lawyer may suggest completing an alcohol and other drug (AOD) program to demonstrate early engagement.
One option is The Wagon - a psychologist-developed, online video-based psychoeducation program you can commence immediately.
With your written consent, we can provide a participation/completion letter confirming participation and/or completion dates (where applicable) and the modules/topics covered.
What is The Wagon?

10 structured video modules (online & private): Complete at your own pace on your phone or laptop.

Psychologist-developed: Created and delivered by Jay Beckley (Registered Psychologist).

Includes two brief 1:1 sessions: A pre-course session to set goals and a post-course session to review progress and next steps.

Course Completion Timeframes

Documentation - Participation or Completion Letter

You receive a certificate of completion when you complete the program.

With your written consent, a brief participation/completion letter can also be provided for your lawyer/other service. This letter can confirm:

your enrolment date and completion date (if completed at the time of court).

the modules/topics covered (curriculum summary)
-
attendance at a pre-program session and post-program session (dates attended)
-
a brief summary of self-reported goals identified in the pre-program session

a brief summary of key takeaways and next-step plan discussed in the post-program session (e.g., coping strategies and relapse-prevention plan).

Fee
Court-related option: $999 AUD (one-off fee).
The standard program is $699 AUD and includes the 10-module course and a certificate of completion.
