Yes. The Wagon is open to anyone considering change, regardless of where you’re currently at.
Yes. Your participation is confidential. No personal data is shared, and your progress is not reported to any third party. The program does not collect clinical data or write reports. No. The Wagon is a psychoeducational wellbeing program, not a therapeutic service. If you are experiencing significant mental health issues, trauma, or distress, we recommend seeing a registered mental health professional.
No, The Wagon is a psychoeducation-based program. While it draws from evidence-based psychological strategies (like CBT and mindfulness), it is not a therapy service and is not eligible for Medicare rebates under a Mental Health Care Plan. It is designed to support insight and wellbeing through education and self-reflection, not as a substitute for individual psychological treatment.
Yes. A list of high-quality support organisations will be provided when you start the program. Most of these services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and include both telephone and online options. The Wagon is not a crisis service, so if you're in immediate distress, we encourage you to contact a dedicated mental health support line.
Yes. If you live in Australia, you can request individual psychological support through Jay’s clinical practice, Applied Psychology. Please note that The Wagon is an educational program and not a substitute for individual therapy.
The Wagon is self-paced. All content is ready to be worked through when you are ready.
Most live programs like this usually run over six weeks. If you want to complete The Wagon within six weeks, you’ll need about 60–90 minutes per week to watch the videos, and complete the reflection exercises.
You’ll receive a certificate of completion, plus a short feedback survey.
No. You’ll have access to all program materials for a total of 24 months from the start of the program.
